General Information
- At 1200 square feet with two bedrooms, two baths and two levels, the condominiums are spacious and sleep six comfortably.
- Each condo has a full size and very well equipped kitchen, wood-burning fireplace, patio with table, chairs and charcoal grill, flat screen tv with Blu Ray player in the living room and flat screen tv in the master bedroom.
- All linens and paper products are provided. Laundry facilities are provided in each building.
- All condos are smoke free.

Condominium Rental Rates
- Depending on the season, rates range from $159 to $395 nightly and $975 to $2250 weekly (rates are subject to change)
- From mid-June through mid-August we rent full weeks only, Friday to Friday or Saturday to Saturday. On occasion a partial week is available so please ask.
- If online reservations say "Sorry, there are no vacancies for this period", please call or e-mail as rental availability changes frequently.

There is a 2-night minimum on condominium rentals.
Weekly Rentals run from 3:00pm to 10:00am, Friday to Friday.

Rental Information
- Rental rates are based on a 6-person occupancy. There is an 8-person limit per condo with an additional charge of $10/day for extra guests.
- Cribs,Highchairs, Baby Gates and Booster Seats are available upon request at no charge. Rollaway or airbeds are available to rent.
- The Midweek 3-night package starts on a Sunday, Monday or Tuesday.
- A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Balance is due upon on arrival.
- Prompt refunds of deposit will be made if cancellation is more than 30 days prior to occupancy date. If cancellation is within 30 days of arrival, the unit must be fully re-rented in order to refund deposit.
- A credit card will be pre-authorized as security deposit.
- Very sorry, no pets of any kind are permitted on the resort property but we're happy to recommend a nearby boarding facility. If a pet is found to be occupying a condo there will be a substantial fine. Emotional support animals are permitted for owners only, per FHAA guidelines.
